Choose from hiring Chef Chris for an in house private dining experience where you can cater for your guests without any of the hard work, or attend one of his food and wine events across many locations in Essex with his brother Paul. All menus are fully customizable and this can be discussed during the booking process.

Private Dinners are available for Essex based customers.

The food was exceptional - just as good as any Michelin-starred restaurant we have been to, in fact probably better when you consider that Chris completely tailored the menu to our tastes.

The portions of both the food and wine were generous without being overwhelming and we couldn't have hoped for a better evening.  He even left the kitchen cleaner and tidier than he found it! I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
